FIXED COMPENSATION
- The Chief Executive Officer’s annual fixed compensation,
unchanged since his appointment on January 23, 2018, is
900,000 euro, reflecting the inherent responsibilities in the role.
- The fixed compensation actually paid to Chief Executive
Offi cer Denis Machuel for Fiscal 2020 was 675,000 euro, due
to the decision of the Board of Directors to reduce his fixed
compensation for the second half of Fiscal 2020 by 50%.
- The Chief Executive Officer’s fixed compensation for Fiscal 2021
will remain unchanged (900,000 euro).
