Bellon SA holds 42.8% of Sodexo's capital.

Employees hold 1.6% of Sodexo's capital.

Treasury shares holds 0.8% of the Group

Public investors hold 54.8% of Sodexo, of which 50.2% is institutional and 4.6% individual

Sodexo owns 100% of Sofinsod which in turn owns 19.6% of Bellon SA
