Thanks to close internal collaboration, Sodexo’s North American teams have been awarded a major contract with UC Health, Cincinnati’s leading university hospital center, which provides training for healthcare professionals, conducts research, and delivers patient care. This seven-year agreement covers patient food services and key cleaning operations, building on the existing partnership with the University of Cincinnati (UC), where Sodexo already manages campus dining and supports fans at sporting events through Sodexo Live!.
In addition to its patient nutrition solution Clinicia, Sodexo is also deploying on the site its Experiencia real-time feedback solution, along with its Everyday mobile app that enables patients to order meals directly from their rooms, as well as advanced technologies such as UV cleaning robots, smart sensors, QR access codes and AI-driven monitoring software, all of which enhance efficiency, safety, and infection prevention.
