Sodexo's capital is held at:

  • 42.8% by BELLON SA family holding 
  • 1.5% by the Employees 
  • 0.7% by Treasury shares
  • 55% by the public, of which 51.0% are institutional shareholders and 4.0% by individual shareholders.

Sodexo holds 100% of the capital of Sofinsod, which holds 19.6% of the BELLON SA family holding.
