Integrated Reporting

Sodexo is committed to an integrated reporting approach, inspired by the framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and its Better Tomorrow 2025 corporate responsibility roadmap. Its design and drafting involved various Group Departments through co-construction workshops to provide a shared vision of Sodexo's overall performance: economic, social, and environmental. This report is based in particular on data from the 2024 Universal Registration Document, to which it is aligned.
