Since its creation in 1966, corporate responsibility is central to Sodexo’s action and is part of its mission to improve the quality of life of its employees and all those it serves, while contributing to economic and social development and environmental protection in the communities where the Group operates. Sodexo employees, clients, suppliers, consumers and shareholders expect the Group growth to have a positive global impact.

Today, choosing to grow responsibly means continuing to work for a safer, healthier, and more equitable environment. With the aim to be the world leader in sustainable food and valued experiences, Sodexo’s employees are committed to providing sustainable, tasty, healthy and desirable meals for its consumers, while having a positive impact on communities and the planet. Better Tomorrow 2025 roadmap guides Sodexo's actions and drives progress of the most important social, societal and environmental matters for the Group.

All Better Tomorrow 2025 commitments are aligned with the recommendations of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs set worldwide goals in 17 key areas that governments, corporations and society must take into account in order to make the world a more equitable, fair and sustainable place by 2030.

  • IMPACT ON COMMUNITIES
