Sustainability governance
This year, the Board of Directors decided to create a Board Sustainability Committee to play a pivotal role in the governance of Sodexo's sustainability initiatives and their alignment with the long-term financial trajectory.
This Committee is composed of 7 Sodexo's Board of Directors, with expertise in sustainability, ethics, and corporate governance.

Local representatives are deploying the roadmap and are monitoring the progress taking into account local specificities.
- The Board of Directors defines the Group’s strategy, ambitions, and general policies by considering the social and environmental impacts related to its activities, and ensures their implementation.
- In collaboration with the Audit Committee, it analyzes non-financial performance and associated risks.
- In collaboration with the Compensation Committee, it coordinates the work on the definition and evaluation of CSR compensation criteria.
- The Sodexo Leadership Team implements the strategic orientations and manages Sodexo’s activities to ensure a global positive impact.
