Main recognitions
Sodexo joined the “2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies®”. This list, issued by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, honors companies demonstrating business integrity through best-in-class policies and practices.
Sodexo has re-entered the CDP Climate A List and thus joined the 346 highest-rated companies. This recognition highlights Sodexo’s progress in achieving its climate ambition, both in terms of performance and transparency.
Sodexo has held the GEEIS certification since 2018. In 2022, Sodexo achieved top ranking with a level 5/5. The Gender Equality European & Internationl Standard (GEEIS) is an internationally recognized label for companies who demonstrate a strong and effective commitment to achieving gender equality in the workplace.
Contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals
Since 2003, Sodexo has been committed to the social responsibility initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and its 10 principles around Human rights, labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
