To reinforce its commitment to sustainable and responsible business conduct, Sodexo has established a dedicated Sustainability Committee within its Board of Directors, effective October 2024.
This newly formed specialized Committee plays a strategic role in overseeing the integration of sustainability into Sodexo’s governance model and long-term value creation. It ensures that the Group’s environmental, social, and ethical priorities are consistently aligned with its corporate strategy and stakeholders’ expectations.
Chaired by an independent Director, the Committee is composed of seven members from Sodexo’s Board of Directors, selected for their recognized competencies in sustainable development, ethics, and corporate governance. The Sustainability Committee supports the Board in monitoring the progress of Sodexo’s sustainability roadmap and its compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks, including the CSRD.
